Eric Dennis, Chief Operating Officer

​Eric is responsible for operationalizing the company’s strategic footprint and aligning the company’s employees, resources and activities with our vision.  Eric holds both an Accounting and Finance degree, is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas, and draws upon 20+ years of business experience that includes public accounting (Arthur Andersen), Controller/Vice President (start-up software-as-a-service company), and CFO (private-equity backed consumer products company).  As both a Controller/Vice President and CFO, Eric has implemented numerous accounting and ERP systems, including multiple NetSuite implementations, and Eric leverages these practical experiences and his professional background to serve and advise our customers.

Roberto Gonzalez, Vice President - Salesforce Practice

Roberto is responsible for our complex engagements and private-equity backed Salesforce.com transformations. Roberto also leads our Salesforce.com Service Cloud and Communities customization and development teams. Roberto is an expert software solution consultant with over 15 years of solution design and implementation using various technologies including Salesforce.com, APEX, ASP.NET, C#, Java, and SQL Server.  In Addition, Roberto possesses a deep understanding of the capabilities of an extensive list of software solutions, particularly Salesforce.com, and the implementation of best practices from sales operations to finance.

Chris is responsible for our complex software engagements and private-equity backed transformations, and leading the NetSuite consulting practice. Chris has 14+ years of accounting and finance experience, across multiple industries and roles, including as an accounting & finance sr. manager, accounting manager, accountant, and business analyst.  In addition, Chris has extensive knowledge and expertise of the software vertical and the deployment of both systems and best practices as part of strategic transformation projects, as well as possesses a deep understanding of software revenue recognition rules.

Karl is responsible for advising our customers around people, process and technology initiatives to accelerate transformation outcomes. Karl brings in almost 20 years of experience serving across both technical and business roles in various industries. His strong background in telecom and software services and long consulting experience makes him a trusted advisor to our customers. Karl worked with a number of technologies and verticals in a variety of roles ranging from architect to strategist. His recent focus was on accelerating transformation in the private equity space.
