​SaaS Consulting Group architects and personalizes Salesforce and NetSuite applications aligned with best practices for our customers, with particularly deep expertise within the software/SaaS, distribution and light manufacturing verticals.  Through our proven and proprietary methodology, we focus on our customer’s desired future-state strategic goals, objectives, needs and requirements, while sharing our unique knowledge capital gained by serving over 180 growing companies, ranging from $10M to $750M in revenues.  During our process, we listen first, ask lots of “why” questions, seek to understand and validate, challenge conventional thinking and the status quo, and ultimately, deliver integrated CRM and ERP systems that support high velocity sales and growth, rapid cash conversion cycles, meaningful key performance indicators and business intelligence, and powerful data and information for business execution decision-making.  ​

Given our specialization in Salesforce, NetSuite, and the related Integrations, we serve as a comprehensive partner across the entire Lead-to-Cash systems and process ecosystem, including overall thought leadership, change management, and project coordination.  This “single partner” approach yields significant value and efficiency to the process, particularly with the level of cross functional alignment, communication, and coordination required as part of a best practices systems and operations transformation project – our practice area teams work closely together during the project lifecycle and possess deep understanding of the entire process, not just their areas of specialty.

 Our Phased Approach provides the established framework necessary for a successful Salesforce and/or NetSuite transformation project focused on alignment among all stakeholders as to the business requirements and solution design.  All business requirements, together with discussion notes, action items, solution design(s), testing scripts, testing results, issue logs, and milestones are documented within a proprietary application loaded into a customer's Salesforce or NetSuite environment as a perpetual project asset for reference during the project and after completion.  ​
