Course Overview

This hands-on, interactive administrator course provides new administrators with the fundamental knowledge and tools needed to configure and maintain their organization’s Salesforce system.  It is recommended for new Salesforce administrators and those interested in learning about the basic components of Salesforce.  It is a must for those beginning a new implementation or those taking over a current installation.

Who should take this course?

The Salesforce Administration Quick Start course is designed for:

  • New system administrators responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of their organization’s Salesforce system.
  • Others that may benefit from attending include IT personnel, power users, and those responsible for sales operations.

This course is offered in a classroom environment.  The course format includes topic overviews, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.  Each student will receive a Student Guide and Student Workbook.

Prerequisites

The attendee would benefit from a solid understanding of basic Salesforce concepts and functionality. All attendees will need to bring a laptop computer with wifi capabilities.
