As a Sr. Salesforce Consultant, you’ll be responsible for leading discussions with clients and establishing the requirements for a project. Additionally you’ll design a solution within Salesforce, then configure that solution for the client.

As a Sr. Salesforce Consultant, you’ll be responsible for leading discussions with clients and establishing the requirements for a project. Additionally you’ll design a solution within Salesforce, then configure that solution for the client.
Essential Duties
- Assist clients in defining CRM implementation project objectives and scope – particularly within Sales Cloud. This involves leading and facilitating group discussions to build consensus on a path forward.
- Lead business requirements gathering and process mapping sessions, including (but not limited to) initial configuration of a new Salesforce instance, marketing campaigns, Leads, Accounts and Contacts, opportunity and quote management business process, the hand-offs between Marketing and Sales, as well as Sales and Customer Success.
- Present Requirements to the client and execute a comprehensive strategy for validation testing, end user testing, and complete documentation as requested by the client.
- Assign requirements and development within sprints for the Sales Track.
- May be responsible for leading a small team of additional functional consultants on development work.
- Manage on-time delivery of requirements and escalate risks that affect the timeline of a project or the overall benefit/outcome.
- Solution design and develop according to Salesforce best practices.
- Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable business intelligence.
- Ensure that a post-go-live plan is in place for each engagement - deployment, change management, and adoption.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members and clients.
- Project administration, including hours tracking, requirements documentation, testing documentation, source code repository protocols, and other related activities.
- Participate in continuing education to advance skills, which may include a combination of self-study and instructor led training, seminars, certifications, etc.
Role Requirements
- At least 2 years experience with Enterprise Applications, such as CRM and ERP.
- At least 2 years experience in practical Sales Operations, Sales, Salesforce Consulting, Marketing or Operational/Accounting role(s).
- High level of proficiency in Salesforce.
